Meet Michelle
Meet your leadership coach, career strategist, award-winning bestselling author and global speaker, Michelle Gibson-Morgan. She is also a Learning & Development Leader, Talent Management Practitioner, Change Management Practitioner and Cultural Competence Advisor.
Michelle has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2022. She is also a 2023 Women of Inspiration™ Award Winner. Michelle enables professionals to achieve their career goals through her books, mentoring, coaching, consulting, training and inspirational presentations. Having supported the career journeys of over 300 professionals, including many immigrant professionals, she uses her knowledge from formal training in employment services for newcomers through Ontario Council of Immigrant Serving Agencies (OCASI) as well as Career Management training from Harvard ManageMentor.
Since making Canada her home, Michelle has held roles of increasing responsibility including head of learning and development for a non-profit organization. Outside of work, her aspiration in life is to have a lasting positive impact. Michelle uses leadership, mentorship and facilitation to serve in community organizations and professional associations.
