With over 20 years of experience, Michelle brings a
background in learning, talent management, career development, consulting, and change management. Michelle is also an effective communicator in English, French and Spanish. In addition to her degrees in Adult Education (Distinction) and Spanish (Honours), she has certificates in French and Organizational Development. She also holds designations in Training, Cultural Competence, Coaching, Talent Management, and Change Management. This is in addition to formal training in career management and employment services. Her memberships in leading professional bodies reflects her commitment to excellence in her field. She is adept at leading through influence, creative thinking, data-driven decision-making and collaboration.
