International Stress Awareness Day was earlier this week.
Let’s be intentional about managing stress effectively to maintain our total well-being. Consider the steps you can take daily as well as seasons of high intensity.
Some of the things that have helped me with stress management include:
- Delegate
- Collaborate
- Indicate where expectations need to be adjusted (whether my expectations or the expectations of people around me)
In our personal lives, let’s make time for activities that bring relaxation, peace and joy.
