Why I decided to write career development books

I am excited to announce that the paperback version of my book will be published soon. So I want to share with you the reasons I decided to write career books. Top reasons I decided to write career development books are:

  • Over the years, some of the advice given to each person that I have mentored and coached tend to be applicable to more than one person.
  • I identified some trends that seem to emerge fairly frequently in discussions with various professionals. This includes changing the direction of their careers, some strategies around career advancements or entrepreneurship. This is in addition to brand alignment with the direction that you want to go.
  • As much as I have had an impact on many professionals in a one-on-one contexts, by writing a book, I reach a broader audience. Undoubtedly, there are many more professionals who want to have a thriving career. That’s the key message behind my books.

Overall, for different groups of individuals and professionals, the contents and resources shared in my book could be a guidepost to help you move forward in your life’s journey and your career’s journey.
