Are you culturally competent?

Cultural competence is my favourite area of diversity, equity and inclusion!

I enjoy helping people to learn more about cultural competence, the benefits of valuing differences, leveraging cultural diversity and its relationship to effective talent management practices. In addition to #training folks on cultural competence, I enjoy debriefing assessment results and #coaching professionals or leaders to improve in this area.

Like other competences, cultural competence can be improved through intentional investment of time, effort and various resources. Improving your cultural competence increases your awareness of how to navigate other types of differences. Cultural Competence is an important part of diversity, equity and inclusion, which is often overlooked.
